You want obviously to make sure that your assets are always protected from trafficking and only accessed by authorized users. You may also want to know how popular your assets are for the users connected on the remote location where your assets are stored. The automatic accounting of your asset utilization can confirmed to be very helpful: you may notice that some assets generate more consumer responses than others and therefore you are in a position to manage a more focused marketing of your valuable assets. At this stage you are ready to start talking to us.
First we enter into a non-disclosure agreement in order to protect the confidentiality of our exchanges. We will ask you questions on the way you go or you plan to generate revenues from the movements of your digital assets. We are interested to know your business partners and your distribution network. The user transaction that you expect to create is a source of information of the business processes your activity reveals. We would like also to know the average volume of content you trade with, the number of possible customers and the scope and experience of your internal IT organization. Our commercial approach will consist then in demonstrating the opportunities that we make possible and the return on investment that you can achieve with our system. Now at this stage lets talk immediately.
Our pricing policy is based on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model: we rent on a monthly basis over a several-year contract an end-to-end service which addresses all your requirements. The monthly fee is calculated upon the volume of media you want to get into your supply chain and the numbers of business partners you will move your media to. The fee depends also on the different sofware modules (component and interface) that you may use and your service level requirements.
Normally no because we always remain the owner of our software and we operate the technical administration of the service (based on the software exploitation) to make sure that the service level agreement is respected.
The monthly fee for the service exploitation (and related SLA) covers the general maintenance of our software and the provision of new upgrades. Specific developments of customized additional fonctions are addressed as extension of the service agreement.
